Job DescriptionJohnson Health Tech (JHT) is expanding its hearing technology innovation efforts and is hiring an Electrical Engineering Manager to help shape the next generation of hearing device platforms.This role sits within JHT's global R&D organization and plays a critical part in advancing electrical architecture, embedded systems, and hardware performance across hearing initiatives. In close collaboration with SyncLync and other strategic business units, this leader will help build scalable, forward-thinking technology that drives the industry forward.This is a high-impact engineering leadership role focused on innovation, technical rigor, and long-term platform development.Position Overview:Reporting directly to the Vice President of R&D, the Electrical Engineering Manager will lead the electrical engineering function for hearing device development programs.They will translate product requirements into detailed technical execution plans, drive system architecture decisions, and guide projects from early concept through validation and production.
