They are known as an industry leader in Business Communication Services, offline and online, who bring forward-thinking solutions to their customers.SUMMARYThis position is for a Print Operator who loves what they do, ready to contribute to team goals and production deadlines with attention to detail and a committed work ethic.AVAILABLE SHIFT: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pmPAY: up to $21/hr for well-qualified candidatesBENEFITS AFTER HIRE: 401(k) + company match, Profit Sharing, Dental, Vision & Health, and more!JOB DUTIESRun several large high-speed printers (Canon, Konica Minolta, and others) at the same time with multiple projects simultaneously.Maintain company standards of quality while completing quantity goals and meeting deadlines.Offloading prints and loading materials onto the cutter while ensuring all materials remain in the correct order.Able to make adjustments to equipment in an effort to maintain optimal production output.Reports mechanical problems to appropriate personnel.Perform all phases of equipment set-up, operation, and routine maintenance.Produce work in accordance with LEAN manufacturing principlesQUALIFICATIONSMinimum 6 months of experience running high-speed printing equipment (Canon/OCE, Konica Minolta, Rico, Kyocera) Minimum 1 year of recent work experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse facility.Commercial print environment experience is highly preferredHighly physical position, so must be able to regularly lift up to 40lbs frequently, as well as stand, move, bend, sit, and walk the entire shift.Basic Computer Skills and knowledgeProven record of excellent attendance and consistent work history over the last year.APPLY ONLINE or EMAIL portlandwest@CALL: (971)371-4028WALK-IN: 12600 SW CRESCENT ST BEAVERTON, OR 97005 Mon-Fri 1 pm - 4 pmPrideStaff Portland is a locally owned and operated Staffing Agency.
