Regional Director of Operations

We believe exceptional hospitality helps all individuals reach their full potential.SCOPE OF THE ROLE:You will oversee operations across the following accounts:Cincinnati Reds - Player Development Complex (Goodyear, AZ)Texas Rangers - Player Development Complex (Surprise, AZ)Texas Rangers - MLB Home & Visiting Clubhouse (Arlington, TX)Cincinnati Reds - MLB Home Clubhouse (Cincinnati, OH)Louisville Bats - AAA Stadium (Louisville, KY)You will directly lead and develop site-level Executive Chefs and General Managers, and you will be the primary owner of operational performance in the region.WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:After one strong year in this role:Clients trust you and see you as a true partnerSite leaders are confident, prepared, and accountableOperations feel calm, not reactiveBudgets are met without cutting cornersStandards are consistent across sitesYou are ahead of the season - not chasing itKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Regional Leadership & CultureLead, coach, and develop Executive Chefs and General Managers across the regionSet clear expectations and hold teams accountable with fairness and consistencyBuild a culture of ownership, preparation, and professionalismOperational ExcellenceEnsure consistent execution of food quality, service standards, and client SLAsImplement systems that reduce chaos, firefighting, and burnoutStep in directly when needed to stabilize or elevate operationsFinancial StewardshipOwn regional P&L performance, including labor, COGS, and contribution marginDrive efficiencies without compromising hospitality or qualityPartner with Finance and Operations to forecast and plan proactivelyClient & Stakeholder RelationshipsServe as senior point of contact for key clientsBuild trust through transparency, follow-through, and resultsNavigate high-expectation environments with professionalism and composureTalent Development & GrowthRecruit, onboard, and develop high-performing leadersSupport new account launches, transitions, and seasonal ramp-upsIdentify and grow internal talent for future leadership rolesThis Role Is a Strong Fit If You...Have successfully led multi-site foodservice or hospitality operationsAre comfortable being both strategic and hands-onKnow how to balance people leadership with financial accountabilityCan lead calmly in high-pressure, high-visibility environmentsBelieve standards and empathy are not oppositesTake ownership instead of waiting for directionQUALIFICATIONS:Required Experience5+ years of progressive leadership experience in foodservice or hospitality operationsCulinary experienceProven success leading multi-site or regional teamsStrong understanding of culinary operations, food safety, and hospitality standardsDemonstrated financial acumen (labor, COGS, budgeting, forecasting)Excellent communication and relationship-building skillsWillingness to travel frequently and lead in seasonal, fast-moving environmentsAdditional StrengthsBachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related fieldServSafe or equivalent food safety certificationsSpanish-speaking proficiency a plusWORK SCHEDULE & TRAVEL REQUIREMENTSThis is a full-availability leadership role.
