Responsibilities: * Clerical duties to include answering phones, filing and the mailing and faxing of patient reports. * Preparing specimens to be sent out for reference lab testing. * Outpatient and new employee blood drawing. * Handling, labeling and processing of all specimens. Requirements: * Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy Certification preferred but not required. * Knowledge of hospital, federal, and state patient safety, infection control regulations and guidelines. * 1-2 years recent phlebotomy experience required. * HS Diploma/GED Required. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft applications including Outlook. * Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills. Must have transportation to report to our off site Salary Range USD $23.73 - USD $35.60 /Hr.
