Position Title - Facility Support Lead GENERAL DESCRIPTIONThe Facility Support Lead is responsible for the "curb appeal" and operational environment of the dealership, ensuring that every physical space a customer encounters reflects our high standards of excellence. This role blends rigorous facility maintenance and custodial oversight with high-touch customer interaction during shuttle transit. The role is the guardian of the dealership's first and last impressions, ensuring a clean, safe, and professional atmosphere while providing personalized transportation for our guests.The Facility Support Lead is a multi-faceted role dedicated to ensuring a seamless and premium experience for every dealership guest.
