Job Type Full-timeDescriptionPosition SummaryThe FP&A Manager leads enterprise-wide financial planning and analytics for a multi-site workers' compensation healthcare organization. This role partners closely with accounting, operations, Informatics, and clinical leaders to deliver actionable insights, support strategic decision-making, and drive financial and operational performance.This position owns budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis, leveraging financial, operational, and clinical data to improve profitability, efficiency, and patient outcomes. The FP&A Manager plays a key role in aligning financial strategy with business objectives across a growing, multi-location organization.Compensation: Starting compensation range is $125,000.00 to $145,000.00 annually. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Key Responsibilities Financial Planning & Forecasting Lead the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts across the organizationAnalyze variance between actuals and plan; deliver clear, actionable insights to leadershipDevelop scenario models, sensitivity analysis, and business cases to support strategic initiatives. Business Performance & Analytics Drive visibility into financial and operational performance across sites and service linesDesign and maintain dashboards and KPIs focused on clinical, operational, and financial outcomesTranslate operational metrics into financial impact (revenue, cost, margin) to inform decision-makingIdentify trends, risks, and performance gaps; recommend and track improvement actions Strategic Partnership Partner with operations and clinical leadership to align financial goals with performance outcomesSupport strategic planning, growth initiatives, and cost optimization effortsInfluence decision-making through clear communication of financial insights to non-financial stakeholders Reporting and Data Management Deliver monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages with meaningful insights and recommendationsEnhance and maintain dashboards (Power BI, Zoho Analytics) to improve visibility and usabilityEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems and reporting outputsOversee data extraction, transformation, and validation processes to support reliable analyticsRequirementsCore Competencies Advanced financial modeling and analytical capabilities with strong attention to detailAbility to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiencesStrong business acumen with a track record of influencing operational and strategic decisionsExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage non-financial stakeholdersHighly proactive, adaptable, and effective in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environmentStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Technical Skills Advanced proficiency in Excel, including financial modeling and data analysisExperience with data visualization and BI tools (Power BI, Zoho Analytics or similar)Strong SQL skills for data querying and analysis; Python experience preferred for automation and advanced analyticsWorking knowledge of databases, data structures, and ETL/data integration processesExperience working with large, complex datasets across multiple systems Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Health Informatics, or related field5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, data analysis, or related roleExperience in healthcare, multi-site operations is strongly preferred.BenefitsComprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance401(k) plan with employer matchPaid time off and company-paid holidaysExcellent work-life balance with no required nights, weekends, or holidaysWhy You Should Join Our TeamAgile Occupational Medicine is a leading occupational medicine group with a network of 41 centers dedicated to providing comprehensive healthcare services to businesses and their employees across California and Yuma, Arizona.
