Job Type Full-timeDescriptionPosition SummaryThe FP&A Manager leads enterprise-wide financial planning and analytics for a multi-site workers' compensation healthcare organization. This role partners closely with accounting, operations, Informatics, and clinical leaders to deliver actionable insights, support strategic decision-making, and drive financial and operational performance.This position owns budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis, leveraging financial, operational, and clinical data to improve profitability, efficiency, and patient outcomes. The FP&A Manager plays a key role in aligning financial strategy with business objectives across a growing, multi-location organization.Compensation: Starting compensation range is $125,000.00 to $145,000.00 annually. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Key Responsibilities Financial Planning & Forecasting Lead the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts across the organizationAnalyze variance between actuals and plan; deliver clear, actionable insights to leadershipDevelop scenario models, sensitivity analysis, and business cases to support strategic initiatives.
