About the roleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Legal Documents Clerk to support our team in managing electronic legal files. This fully remote position is ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working independently. This is a temporary position. NO RECRUITERSWhat you'll doLocate, review, and organize electronic legal documentsAccurately move, save, and file documents within designated systemsMaintain consistent and logical file naming and organization protocolsEnsure all documents are properly categorized and storedAssist with document retrieval requests as neededMaintain confidentiality of sensitive legal informationQualificationsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyBasic understanding of legal documents (preferred but not required)Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.)Comfortable navigating digital file systems and foldersAdditional InformationThis is a remote, work-from-home position. Candidates must be self-motivated and capable of maintaining productivity without direct supervision. Must have a personal computer/laptop.
