Must be able to lift and lower screens (up to 8 lbs.) frequently. Must be able to lift 40-60 lbs. with another person frequently Must be able work with hot oil (375 degrees) while standing frequently. * Baker : Prepare and bake bagels, muffins and croissants. Must be able to push full donut racks (up to 50 lbs.) frequently * Loafer : Making mixes of dough and coffee rolls. Must be able to lift 90-100 lbs. with another person frequently. Must be able to push full donut racks (up to 50 lbs.) frequently. * Picker: Picking dough from a conveyor and placing them in proofer. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to twist, turn, reach with no problem for long periods of time. * Provide excellent product satisfaction, service speed, and product quality * Show passion about results by setting compelling targets and delivering on commitments * Meet safety and sanitation standards * Adhere to schedule and arrive ready to work on time * Works well in a team environment
