Located in Aspen, Colorado, this newly opened gallery is seeking a Luxury Sales Consultant to engage high-net-worth collectors, guide clients through acquisitions, and deliver story-driven presentations that highlight the craftsmanship and history behind each piece. This role is ideal for a motivated, entrepreneurial sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and wants to grow with a prestigious, global brand. Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 / year DOE Luxury Sales Consultant Requirements: Bachelor's degree required 5+ years of experience working with high-end clientele, preferably in luxury sales Proven success in selling to high-net-worth individuals with significant transaction values Strong proactive outreach, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with disciplined follow-up Proficiency in Salesforce and CRM platforms Exceptional discretion, professionalism, and client sensitivity Willingness to travel frequently for client visits, installations, and trade shows Flexible availability, including weekends and occasional evenings Ability to lift or move objects up to 25 lbs. and stand for long periods Leadership experience in a luxury retail or gallery setting, and experience overseeing gallery functions is preferred Luxury Sales Consultant Responsibilities: Build and nurture a robust client list consistent with gallery demographics Develop and execute business development strategies and marketing campaigns Meet and exceed annual sales goals through proactive, consultative selling Conduct gallery tours, assist walk-in clients, and deliver story-driven presentations Research and master provenance, history, and value of inventory items Initiate and close sales transactions efficiently and professionally Coordinate shipping, installation, and client logistics Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and client visits to expand reach Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and sales activity within CRM Uphold confidentiality, trust, and discretion with high-net-worth clients Collaborate with support teams in Aspen and NOLA to ensure seamless service Benefits : Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage Life, Short- and Long-Term Disability, Critical Illness, Accident, and Hospital Indemnity insurance Flexible Spending Accounts, Commuter and LSA Employee Assistance and Wellness Programs 401(k) plan with match Access to a private plane for client visits PTO If you are a driven, client-focused Luxury Sales Consultant ready to represent an extraordinary brand and grow within a prestigious gallery, this is your chance to join a polished, high-touch team in Aspen.
