Description ServiceNow Developer Salary: $120K - $130K + discretionary bonus Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, retirement, paid time off, discretionary bonus structure. REMOTE, but must be located within the US. Can work local time zone. We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications and integrations to meet a variety of business needs. You will utilize your technical expertise to create efficient workflows, automate processes, and ensure platform stability. Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain Service Catalog items, including workflows, approvals, SLAs, and fulfillment logic. - Utilize tools like Flow Designer and Workflow Editor to translate business requests into functional solutions. - Implement advanced scripting solutions using JavaScript, including Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions. - Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while adhering to platform best practices. - Automate onboarding and offboarding processes, integrating IT Asset Management workflows and asset lifecycle management. - Build and maintain integrations with external systems such as Intune, Okta, Azure AD, and SaaS platforms like Jira and Teams. - Support and debug existing integrations, ensuring seamless functionality. - Work with ServiceNow data structures, relationships, and transform maps to support Discovery and Service Mapping. - Implement AI components such as Now Assist, AI Agents, and other ServiceNow AI modules to enhance platform capabilities. Requirements - Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with expertise in Service Catalog delivery and workflow automation. - Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting tools. - Familiarity with IT Asset Management workflows and HR-driven automation processes. - Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using APIs. - Strong understanding of ServiceNow data structures and platform fundamentals. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues independently. - Knowledge of AI integration within ServiceNow, including Now Assist and AI Agents. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
