Join Our TeamClark Pacific is seeking a Preconstruction / Design Integration Manager to lead and coordinate design-phase and preconstruction efforts for Design Build projects. This role ensures alignment between design, estimating, procurement, and construction planning to deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and aligned with stakeholder expectations.The Preconstruction/Design Integration Manager position at Clark Pacific is an integral role accountable to lead, complete, and successfully deliver the objectives in the design and procurement phases of projects. The emphasis is on proactive management of design-phase processes such as defining key deliverables, scheduling design, timely identification and resolution of potential issues, all planning and activities related to procurement and buyout, pre-planning, monitoring ongoing work progress to assure continuity, and an efficient transition to construction. This position is accountable for several aspects of preconstruction and design-phase development efforts, in addition to assuring that stakeholders are complying with established success factors and objectives.
