Job Description Personal Lines ProducerJob SummarySeeking a motivated and experienced Personal Lines Producer to join a well-established and family-owned insurance agency. This is an exciting opportunity to join a close-knit team that values professional growth and offers the potential for equity ownership after achieving specific milestones.Compensation PackageSalary: Up to $75,000 with a declining salary structure, plus commission (40% on new business and 30% on renewals).Benefits:90% employer-paid health insurance.401(k) plan with a 3% employer match.Summer hours with half-day Fridays every other week.Additional Perks: Opportunity to purchase equity in the agency after meeting specific milestones.ResponsibilitiesManage and service a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts, including standard personal lines and some high-net-worth accounts.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their insurance needs.Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities and grow the agency's client base.Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.Travel to meet with clients as needed.Qualifications/RequirementsActive Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.3-5+ years of experience as a Personal Lines Producer, with a proven track record of success.Familiarity with essential carriers, including but not limited to: Cincinnati, Pekin, Travelers, Hastings Mutual, The Hartford, EMC Insurance Company, Westfield Insurance, Utica, State Auto, Philadelphia Insurance, Encompass, Grange, ICW Group, Employers, Progressive, Safeco Insurance, and Foremost Insurance Group.Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal training.#LI-JR3
