Note: Partly is headquartered in the UK, with a Product and Engineering HQ in Christchurch, New Zealand, and an early presence in San Francisco, USA. If you are based outside of a Hub, we will fly you to the nearest Hub for 1 week per quarter for our "Season Openers" (we pay for your travel and accommodation). Hear directly from our team here: This roleThis is a market-making leadership role for someone who thrives at the edge of what already exists.As Director / VP of Expansion, you will lead Partly's next chapter of international and product growth, taking our AI Infrastructure rails into new regions and new customer segments, and turning early momentum into durable, scalable businesses.You will be responsible for opening markets from zero, shaping how Partly shows up to its first customers, partners, and institutions, and proving - with real usage and revenue - where the company should double down next.This role sits at the intersection of strategy, enterprise relationships, product evolution, and go-to-market execution. You will build early teams, work directly with senior customers, and operate as Partly's senior representative in new markets - until the business is strong enough to stand on its own.If you enjoy launching new markets, defining categories, and turning ambiguity into momentum, this role is designed for you.
