What You'll Do: Set up and operate sterile filling machines to accurately fill liquid medications into containers, maintaining a germ-free environment throughout the process. Wear specialized aseptic gowning, including coveralls, masks, hoods, and gloves, to prevent contamination. Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of equipment and work surfaces using medical-grade disinfectants before and after production runs. Monitor the production line attentively, with the authority to stop operations if any safety or quality issues arise. Complete detailed batch records precisely, documenting each step of the manufacturing process to meet FDA and cGMP standards. Maintain an organized workspace to uphold cleanliness, safety, and efficiency in a controlled cleanroom setting.What You'll Bring: High School Diploma or equivalent. 1 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or related environment. Manual dexterity and comfort handling small parts and operating machinery. Physical stamina to stand for 2 or more hours wearing full PPE in a cleanroom environment. Attention to detail and the ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) accurately.
