We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Director of Admissions to support the strategic recruitment and enrollment efforts of the university. This role plays a key part in driving student enrollment, managing admissions counselors, and enhancing outreach initiatives to prospective students.ResponsibilitiesSupport the Director of Admissions in developing and executing recruitment strategies to meet enrollment goalsSupervise, train, and mentor Admissions Counselors and support staffManage assigned recruitment territories, including high school visits, college fairs, and community eventsQualificationsBachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred3-5+ years of experience in college admissions, recruitment, or higher educationProven leadership or supervisory experienceIn office Hialeah, FL.Salary $66k Great benefits.
