The support services we provide allow for more efficient planning, design, construction, and management of drywall, metal framing, and specialty scopes. Responsibilities:Technical Skills / KnowledgeUtilizing BIM software specifically for the drywall, cold-formed metal framing, ceilings, and specialties tradeExtensive Autodesk Revit use for 3D modeling and 2D draftingExtensive MWF plugin usage for metal framing modelingEngage in multi-trade coordination with extensive Autodesk Navisworks usageProduce shop drawings for company determined range of productsProduce layout coordinate points for field useProduce model based quantity take-offsBasic Autodesk AutoCAD navigation and usagePersonal / Interpersonal Skills / KnowledgeReports to assigned supervisorManage time to meet project schedules and task deadlinesTask prioritization and flexibilityManage files on share sites, network servers, and software platformsCheck and verify that completed work meets company standardsDemonstrate continuous improvement and knowledge base with BIM software and scope specific and general construction knowledgeCommunicate design and constructability issues/challenges with the project teamAbility to work well as a part of a team and independentlyAbility to read, analyze, and interpret technical instructions and construction documentsAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusionsAbility to use time productively, maximize efficiency, and meet challenging work goalsAttends industry activities as needed, and represents the company in a professional mannerAttend and engage in internal company meetingsQualifications:US work authorization (Required) Construction experience: 0-2 yearsRevit experience: 1 years preferred but not requiredAdvanced knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office is requiredProficiency with MWF, Navisworks, Bluebeam, ACC and/or Smartsheet is a plusBachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction, construction technology, information technology, or related industry is preferred but not required Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computerBenefits:401(k) with Employer matchEmployee assistance programHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceDental insurancePaid parental leaveParental leave Equal Opportunity Employer, including disabled and veterans.
