Applies pre-treatment and spot-cleaning solutions to stained linens following approved guidelines to maintain presentation and longevity. Properly operates and maintains laundry equipment, including routine cleaning of lint traps, vent screens, and drain filters. Collects, sorts, and transports soiled linens and terry to designated laundry or storage areas and removes trash and recycling as assigned. Counts, inspects, verifies, and assists with linen and terry inventories, reporting shortages, inconsistencies, or quality concerns promptly. Monitors daily linen par levels and communicate supply needs or concerns to leadership in a timely manner. Delivers clean linens, towels, amenities, and supplies to guest floors, replenishes linen closets, and stocks housekeeping carts as assigned. Maintains cleanliness and organization of laundry rooms, storage areas, and other assigned back-of-house spaces. Supports housekeeping operations during high occupancy by supplying needed items and assisting with room readiness or special requests. Responds courteously and professionally to guest requests when encountered, offering assistance aligned with Four-Diamond service expectations. Follows all safety, OSHA, PPE, chemical handling, bloodborne pathogen, key control, and emergency procedures at all times. Reports maintenance issues, safety hazards, unusual activity, or incidents promptly and completes work orders accurately. Maintains confidentiality, protects guest and team member privacy, attends required meetings, and performs additional job-related duties as assigned. Requirements Must be at least 21 years of age. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Must exhibit strong customer service and communication skills. Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. A professional appearance is required, Must have the ability to respond to visual and verbal cues, work in confined spaces, and perform the physical duties of the role, including lifting up to 60 lbs. and frequent bending, reaching, and moving throughout the shift.
