Collision Center Estimator

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES * Greet customers promptly and in a timely manner to accurately determine customer's needs while ensuring a high degree of customer service. * Inspect, analyze, and evaluate damaged vehicles to create a comprehensive and accurate estimate of repair * Inform customers about Tom Bush Collision Center's repair process, including insurance claims processing, payment procedures, repair techniques, repair needs and expected delivery date of repair * Maintain positive relationships with insurance agents, dealerships, fleet accounts and other customers * Write supplements and negotiate with insurers * Inspect all completed repairs before delivering customer vehicles * Other duties as assigned BENEFITS * Compensation - $75,000 - $90,000 (depending on experience) * Family-Friendly Schedule - Closed Saturday and Sundays * Benefits Package Available - Medical, Dental, Disability, Paid Vacations, Vision & 401k (with 2.5% company match) available for full time employees. * Advancement Opportunities - our average employee (out of 320) has been with us for six years and we like to promote from within. * EOE -we are an Equal Opportunity Employer * Great Work Environment - a family-friendly & drug-free workplace * Wellness Program - we offer discounts towards company benefits for completion of wellness related activities including lunch and learns, fitness challenges and more as well as discounts for gym memberships, healthy vending options and a culture that supports healthy living. SUPERVISION Your supervisor will be our Collision Center Manager, DeWayne White, who has over 30 years of Collision Center experience. EXPERIENCE We're looking for a candidate with previous Collision Center Estimating experience.
