The Defense Health Agency is seeking a seasoned Program Manager Master to lead and oversee complex contract operation support functions. The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of consulting and/or directly relevant industry experience and will play a critical role in organizing, directing, and managing multiple inter-related project tasks.**Key Responsibilities:**- Organize, direct, and manage contract operation support functions, ensuring the effective execution of multiple complex projects and tasks.- Lead and manage teams of contract support personnel across various locations, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with project goals.- Maintain and manage senior-level client interfaces, building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders within the client organization.- Meet regularly with both customer and contractor personnel to formulate, review, and refine task plans and deliverables, ensuring all project requirements are clearly defined and understood.- Monitor project performance and ensure conformance with program task schedules and milestones, making adjustments as necessary to achieve successful outcomes.- Develop and implement strategies to address challenges and streamline project processes, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.- Provide regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders, communicating project progress, risks, and recommendations for improvement.Requirements- Minimum of 5 years of consulting and/or directly relevant industry experience in project management, preferably within the Department of Defense (DoD) environment.- Familiarity with the Defense Health Agency and its operations is highly desired.- Proven ability to organize, manage, and direct complex project tasks and operations effectively.- Experience managing diverse teams of contract support personnel across multiple locations.- Strong interpersonal skills to maintain senior-level client relations and foster positive collaboration among teams.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.**Additional Information:**We are seeking a proactive and strategic thinker who can thrive in a dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities while ensuring the successful delivery of project objectives.
