Are you ready to be a Roadie?Texas Roadhouse is looking for a Restaurant Shift Lead who has strong communication and leadership skills to assist the management team.As a Restaurant Shift Lead your responsibilities would include (responsibilities would vary depending on Front of House or Back of House):Helping to maintain projected costs and labor during scheduled shifts"Hands on" supervision of the restaurant. This includes but is not limited to, occasional temporary non-scheduled assistance with serving, hosting, cooking, and other dutiesHosting promotions (incentives) and Alley RalliesHelping make sure staff is following established recipes and proceduresHelping enforce applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelinesHelping to control the guest flow and monitoring ticket timesIn conjunction with all management, enforcing compliance with all employment policies in areas of responsibilityCoaching employees to maintain consistency in food and service to increase sales100% table visits (if applicable)Understanding, managing, and practicing safe food handling proceduresMaintaining culture and core values: passion, partnership, integrity, and fun with purposeWorking during peak business hours to set the pace in Front or Back of HouseCreating a fun, safe environment by following our core values and operational goals, and implementing contests, theme nights, and creating incentives for the staffIf you think you would be a legendary Restaurant Shift Lead, apply today!At Texas Roadhouse, our Roadies are the heart and soul of our company.
