Position Title: Tour Scheduler (TS)Job Type: Full-Time.Job Location: Bureau of Engraving and Printing, Washington, D.C.Requirements: The Candidate shall have :U.S. citizenshipMinimum 2 years of customer service experience handling high call/email volumeAt least 1 year experience using scheduling/reservation software and MS OfficeMust pass BEP security clearanceDuties: The Candidate must:Schedule all tours (public, school, congressional, ASL, etc.) using BEP softwareAnswer tour office phones and respond to inquiries via phone/emailConfirm reservations, send confirmation packets, and update tour calendarCoordinate visitor requirements including accessibility or language needsPrepare ticket inventory, reports, and daily scheduling documentationServe as the communications hub for the TVC's public interface
