The firm believes that a thoughtfully designed and finely crafted personal space is not just an expression of aesthetic sensibility, it enhances function and restores well-being, clarity, and harmony.JOB DESCRIPTIONOur client is seeking a talented Architectural Designer with 3-5 years of experience to join their team. The ideal candidate is technically proficient, design-sensitive, and possesses excellent organizational and communication skills. You will work as an integral part of project teams, ensuring the translation of design intent into construction documentation across all phases of project delivery.RESPONSIBILITIESPrepare and develop architectural documents, including elevations, sections, and construction details using Revit and other design softwareCollaborate with Project Architects and Project Managers to understand and adhere to project work plans and timelinesParticipate in all phases of project delivery, from schematic design through construction administrationCoordinate with consultants and project team members to ensure design integrity and qualityCreate presentation materials, including renderings, models, and design drawings for client reviewsConduct research on building codes, zoning regulations, materials, and sustainable design practicesAttend site visits and provide in-field support during construction phasesWork closely with cross-functional teams to meet aggressive project deadlinesContribute creative design concepts and problem-solving approaches to project challengesREQUIREMENTSBachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program3-5 years of professional experience post gradProficiency in Revit (required)Demonstrated expertise in SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)Understanding of building systems, construction methods, and materialsKnowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and accessibility standardsStrong technical drawing and detailing skillsAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative teamExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational and time-management abilitiesInterest in materiality, craftsmanship, and the integration of architecture with its environmentPortfolio demonstrating diverse architectural projects and technical proficiencyAll applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship and must already possess long-term work authorization.
