Job Description:Cydecor is seeking an Active-Duty service member preparing to transition out of the military who is eligible to participate in the DoD SkillBridge Program. This internship offers hands-on experience with Cydecor's Recruiting and Human Resources teams, providing comprehensive training in the full recruitment lifecycle. The Talent Acquisition Intern will gain exposure to sourcing candidates on platforms like LinkedIn, ClearanceJobs, and Indeed; screening applicants; coordinating with hiring managers; and managing candidate progress through the Taleo Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Additional responsibilities include drafting offer letters and supporting onboarding.
