Job Title: Corporate CounselJob Summary:• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and other legal documents.• Assist with litigation and internal investigations.• Conduct legal research to support business operations and legal compliance.• Support senior counsel in providing legal advice on compliance, risk evaluation, and dispute resolution.• This is a full-time, in-person position based in Moraine, Ohio.Key Responsibilities:• Prepare, review, and analyze contracts in collaboration with functional departments, ensuring critical issues are addressed.• Conduct legal research to assist senior counsel in providing practical guidance on compliance, risk management, and dispute resolution.• Assist with litigation, internal investigations, and related legal matters.• Support legal compliance training initiatives across the organization.• Perform other duties as assigned by senior corporate counsel. (Nothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities at any time.)Qualifications:• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar license; preference given to Ohio, South Carolina, Michigan, or Illinois.• Minimum of 4 years of legal experience, preferably in employment law or commercial litigation.• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.• Proficiency in Chinese and membership in the Ohio Bar are a plus.
