**Job Summary:**We are seeking a Service Porter to join our team at Payne Weslaco Ford. The Service Porter will be responsible for maintaining the service drive area, moving vehicles to designated locations, and providing general assistance within the service department.**Qualifications:**- High school diploma or equivalent.- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.- Ability to operate both manual and automatic vehicles.- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.- Excellent customer service and communication skills.**Responsibilities:**- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.- Maintain the service drive area clean and organized.- Park, retrieve, and deliver customer vehicles.- Assist service advisors and technicians as needed.- Perform light janitorial duties within the service department.- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.**Additional Requirements:**- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.- Willingness to take directions and work as part of a team.- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry objects up to 50 pounds.- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
