Foreman – Drywall & Metal Stud

We’re hiring a Drywall & Metal Stud Foreman to lead field crews on commercial interior construction projects. This is a high-impact role for a hands-on leader who knows how to drive production, maintain quality, and keep jobs on schedule — while motivating the team and collaborating closely with superintendents and project managers.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise day-to-day operations of drywall and framing crews on commercial job sitesInterpret blueprints, layout plans, and scope documents to direct field workEnsure framing, drywall, blocking, and finishing are completed to specificationMaintain safety compliance and conduct daily safety checks and briefingsCoordinate material deliveries, tool allocation, and crew assignmentsCommunicate regularly with superintendents, GCs, and project managersTrack labor productivity, site conditions, and daily progress reportsSolve issues on-site proactively to minimize delays or reworkEnsure clean, organized, and secure work sites each dayRequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience as a foreman or field supervisor in commercial drywall and metal framingStrong ability to read construction documents and translate plans into field executionProven leadership with ability to direct 5–15+ field workers on large projectsHands-on experience with layout, acoustical ceilings, and drywall finish systemsFamiliarity with safety protocols, OSHA standards, and site inspectionsReliable transportation and valid driver’s licenseBilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not requiredStrong communication and time management skillsPowered by JazzHR
