Brand Ambassadors help bring our boutique experience to life through authenticity, creativity, and care.Please note: This job description is not exhaustive and may evolve based on business needs.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Experience & Sales• Welcome clients and create a warm, elevated environment• Share product knowledge in a personalized and inspiring way• Support omni-channel selling and promote the At-Your -Service program• Recommend products based on client preferences and brand expertise• Achieve individual and boutique sales goalsClient Relationships• Build and maintain a strong client base through personalized outreach• Use digital tools to stay connected and follow up with clients• Take initiative to grow business beyond the boutiqueBoutique Operations• Support daily operations including stock, merchandising, and cleanliness• Follow company policies and complete opening/closing procedures• Assist with visual merchandising and inventory managementTeam Collaboration• Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture• Partner with colleagues to deliver exceptional service• Communicate effectively and support team goalsQualifications• Minimum 3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or beauty• Strong communication and organizational skills• Passion for fragrance, beauty, and client connection• Comfort with digital tools and Microsoft Office• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidaysWhy Join DiptyqueDiptyque Paris is committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace where all employees are valued and respected.
