Job Summary Job Description Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Import chemicals from overseas and Sales to the US customer. - Monitor and adjust shipments schedule from overseas. - Receive orders, manage shipment documents, set up AR/AP schedule and input every status of each process in ERP system and excel management files. - Communicates with vendors, customers and logistics related partners to deliver the products in timely manner. - Report and set up countermeasures against any issues while operation (Quality, Delivery, ETC) Qualifications - Experience in chemical in Semiconductor, logistics and trading Industry is plus. - Team player with a focus on finishing works in timely manner. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Detail oriented for data entry and excel file management. - Language requirement: English Must, Korean Preferred. - Proficient in MS Office programs, especially use of Excel - Fast Learner What's On Offer - Salary 50-80k , TBD - Full Benefits - Medical, Dental, Vision with different package - 401k 4 % match - 10 days PTO & 6 Sick Days Apply online or feel free to contact us directly for more information about the opportunity.
