This company values people who are invested in doing the job right and are looking for stability in a well-established environment.Key Responsibilities:Operate hydraulic press brakes (Accupress, Dener, Toyokoki) for forming steel componentsLoad material, monitor runs, and perform quality checks during productionUse measuring instruments including calipers, protractors, and rulers to inspect partsTrack part counts, apply correct labels, and update job documentation accuratelyCommunicate with team members and supervisors to ensure production goals are metFollow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workstationPerform minor adjustments during runs to maintain part qualityRecommended Qualifications:Experience operating a press brake in a manufacturing environmentAbility to read blueprints and use measurement tools effectivelySolid understanding of bend angles, tolerances, and forming principlesBasic knowledge of shop math and material behaviorComfortable working independently while maintaining production pacePreferred Qualifications:Familiarity with Accupress, Dener, or Toyokoki brand press brakesExposure to lean manufacturing principlesPrevious experience with medium-volume part runs and quality trackingAbility to pivot between different part specs and bend requirementsJob Titles That Should Apply:Brake Press OperatorSheet Metal Machine OperatorMetal Fabrication TechnicianCNC Press Brake OperatorForming Machine OperatorWhy This Role Matters:This position isnt just about pushing buttons its about producing quality work with consistency and care.
