Job specificationCandidate requirementsJob specification Provide strategic leadership and direction for emergency services across multiple departments, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and goals. Oversee the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered emergency care, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize operational efficiency and patient outcomes. Manage budgets, resource allocation, and staff development to achieve departmental and organizational objectives. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless coordination and integration of care services. Candidate requirements A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required; a Master's degree in Nursing (MSN), Healthcare Administration, or a related field is strongly preferred. Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas. A minimum of 7 years of progressive leadership experience in emergency services within an acute care setting. Proven expertise in managing large teams and complex operations in high-pressure environments. Advanced certifications such as Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) or Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) are preferred.
