If so, we'd love to meet you! Our agency is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Life/Health Insurance Team Member. In this role, you'll help our customers protect what matters most and plan for the future - all while building meaningful relationships in your community. RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate life and health insurance products. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage loyalty and referrals.  Explain policy features, benefits, and exclusions to customers. Provide outstanding customer service and support in a professional, positive environment. Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and compliance with company policies. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. QUALIFICATIONS: Excellent communicating skills - written, verbal, and listening. Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Sales experience, preferably in insurance, is a plus. Life & Health Insurance license (or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire) required.
