Teach the student how to perform inventories and maintain aircraft structures and equipment as well as maintaining aircraft forms and records/. Performs phase dock functions/. Troubleshoots, inspects, removes, installs, services, adjusts, aligns, rigs, and modifies the F/-16 hydraulic power, and landing gear system/subsystem components at the organizational level/. Cutting/-Edge Technology: Be part of a dynamic and forward/-thinking work environment where you will have the opportunity to work with the latest technology and contribute to groundbreaking projects that are shaping the future of aerospace and defense/. **Basic Qualifications:** /-The instructor shall possess at a minimum the equivalent of a USAF skill level of seven /(7/) with military experience clearing aircraft for flight equipment discrepancies and 4 years current experience in their respective disciplines on F/-16s/. /-Must have strong communications and interpersonal skills and be able to read, write and speak English fluently/. /-Experience with Microsoft Office Suite /(MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint/) is mandatory/. /-All instructors shall be U/.S/. citizens/. /-All personnel must have a secret clearance or the ability to obtain a secret clearance prior to employment/. /-All necessary instructor, technical and skills certifications must be obtained prior to employment **Desired Skills:** Experience working with foreign nationals and documented Instructor experience is highly desired and will be viewed as a positive element during employment consideration/. F/-16 Block 40 or higher experience preferred/. Candidates with additional experience in any of the following areas are preferred; shop/flight line setup, debrief, field training detachment /(FTD/), technical order library maintenance, quality assurance, or modification teams/. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process/. **Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees/. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed/.
