Manufacturing Process Engineer

We are working with a manufacturing company in Orange County that is looking to add a Manufacturing Process Engineer to support production operations, process development, and equipment scale-up in a regulated environment. This role partners closely with plant leadership, engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to drive process efficiency, compliance, and operational readiness.Desired Skills• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering within a regulated production environment• Experience supporting process development, scale-up, equipment installation, commissioning, and validation• Ability to lead engineering projects and collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing and Quality teams• Working knowledge of quality systems, change control, and regulatory requirementsThis is a full-time, on-site role in Orange County with hands-on responsibility and direct impact on production performance and facility growth.
