Responsibilities:                •             Proactively identify and address client needs through personalized insurance product recommendations (e.g., auto, home, life, and business).                •             Maintain and nurture client relationships by providing exceptional service and support.                •             Respond to client inquiries and assist with policy changes, claims, and coverage questions.                •             Collaborate with agency team members to ensure a positive and seamless client experience.                •             Support client retention through timely follow-ups, consistent communication, and understanding of client goals.                •             Educate clients on insurance products, options, and benefits to help them make informed decisions.                •             Stay up-to-date on State Farm products and industry trends to ensure accurate and effective assistance.
