DescriptionDiscover your exciting roleThe Senior Project Director - EPC is responsible for running all aspects of a design, design/build, EPCM and/or construction project. Responsible for all scope, schedule, budget, safety, and team management. Must be able to run reimbursable or fixed price projects greater than $1 billion.Explore your tasks and responsibilitiesProvides leadership to the proposal technical team and project team upon award of a contractIdentifies differentiating factors concerning approach, design, and constructability during bid, proposal, and execution phasesCoordinates meetings between potential clients and individual internal specialistsProvides EPC Project Management support to the Business Development groupManages EPC, Design, Construction Management and/or Design Build projectsAccountable for managing the overall execution of the contractResponsible for project profit and loss commitments through effective scope management, schedule management, cost control, change control, cash management, risk management, and implementation of recovery strategiesParticipates in continuous improvement plans as directed and/or through proactive application of personal expertiseMaintains a thorough knowledge and understanding of the Company's project processes, procedures, and policies and is responsible for enforcing the use and conformance thereofIn coordination with the relevant Discipline Director, executes a master agreement with each consultantMaintains a thorough understanding of the Company/Owner contract and all project correspondence and documentationDevelops and maintains continuous positive relationships with the Client and their representativesMonitors the training of all project staff personnel in coordination with Discipline Directors and with available programsPromotes positive staff morale, professionalism, and attitude and assists to resolve potential deficiencies when identified or perceivedChampions Safety, Quality, Regulatory Compliance and The Collaborative WayOther duties as assignedShow your expertiseBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field preferredOSHA 10 required / OSHA 30 preferred Minimum of 10 - 15 years of industrial experience in a combination of engineering and construction roles in the EPC environment5+ years of senior level construction management or design management experienceMust have experience leading construction projects in Advanced Technology FacilitiesPrior experience as a Senior Project Manager for a minimum of two successful projects, preferably in semiconductor, data center or pharmaceutical manufacturing facilitiesExperience in working in a large, complex matrix environment with global processes and governance structuresExperience on projects under design and/or constructionShown acumen for managing peopleAbility to adapt and respond to requirements of project or clientStrong interpersonal and communication skillsExceptional organization and coordination skillsNon-SolicitationWe are not currently accepting third-party agency candidates for this position.
