Position: Contracts ManagerEmployment Type: Full-TimeClearance Level: Secret (Active or Obtainable)About the MissionAs a premier defense contractor supporting top-tier DoD initiatives, we move fast, think strategically, and deliver relentlessly. Our contracts team isn't just a support function-it's a frontline unit that keeps missions compliant, funded, and firing on all cylinders.ResponsibilitiesManage, administer, and close out complex government and commercial contracts from pre-award through completion in accordance with FAR and DFARS requirements.Develop, review, and negotiate contract terms, conditions, pricing, statements of work, and modifications while ensuring compliance with FAR, DFARS, agency supplements, and company policyPrepare and analyze bid packages, proposals, pricing data, and financial reports to support compliant and competitive submissions under FAR Part 15 and related regulations.Coordinate with technical teams, subcontractors, vendors, and customers to align requirements, resolve issues, and ensure contract execution consistent with FAR/DFARS procurement standardsSupport proposal development, ensuring adherence to FAR Part 15, DFARS clauses, cost/price analysis requirements, and internal proceduresNegotiate multiple contract types-including Firm-Fixed-Price, Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee, IDIQ, and Time & Materials-in accordance with FAR Subpart 16.Prepare and manage pre-award documentation such as NDAs, Teaming Agreements, and MOUs in alignment with FAR/DFARS guidance on partnering and information protectionMonitor deliverables, maintain compliant contract files, prepare required reports, and support risk management activities consistent with FAR Subpart 4.8 (contract file documentation).Review solicitations, proposals, and contractual documents for compliance with FAR, DFARS, agency supplements, and applicable laws and regulations.Ensure adherence to quality assurance standards, ethics requirements, and organizational conflict-of-interest controls under FAR Subpart 9.5Oversee and support DCAA and DCMA audits, ensuring documentation and processes meet FAR/DFARS audit and oversight requirementsSupport program cost monitoring, financial controls, forecasting, and transactional pricing activities in accordance with FAR Part 31 (Cost Principles) and related DFARS cost rules.Ensure compliance with AS9100, QMS, and internal quality procedures.Perform additional duties as assigned to support contract and program objectives.Qualifications• A bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Management, or related field from an accredited college or university and a minimum of ten (10) years of Contract and Subcontract Administration Experience.• Prior supervisory experience required.• Strong Knowledge and understanding of FAR, DFAR, DCMA, and DCAA compliance.• Experience with GSA Schedule/Task Order Administration.• Possess strong analytic skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills• Ability to multi-task, handle multiple competing deadlines, pay extreme attention to detail, and self-starter.• Willingness to work additional hours for special task assignments.
