The Virtual Wellness School Sales Manager K12 is responsible for bringing new school clients to our DialCare division, specifically focused on our product designed for schools: Dialogue - Virtual Student Counseling. With DialCare's virtual and telephonic counseling service, our school clients can give their students ages 11 and older access to mental health assistance no matter where they are.This position will be worked from our office location at 7400 Gaylord Pkwy, Frisco, TX, 75034, three days per week. Up to 40% travel within this role.You will be accountable for volume of schools on boarded, client satisfaction, and their long-term retention are the factors that indicate success in the role. Building strong relationships with school clients is also paramount to this role. The School Sales Manager will work with schools and districts of all size across the nation. School Sales Manager will be assigned specific states to focus on for sales.Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree requiredPrevious sales experience working with the K12 market is a plusCompetencies including Professionalism, Cultural Awareness, Interpersonal Skills, Business Acumen, Communication, and Relationship Management.Duties/Responsibilities of this position:Position requires travel of up to 40%Bring on new school clients to the Dialogue programDevelop strong business relationships with clients, including client entertainingProvide initial and ongoing support training to our clients or potential clients in person and/or via virtual presentationsIdentify, assist, and resolve client inquiries and issuesCreate proposals using a template during the sales processIdentify best practices for program salesAdvise product operations team of areas of needed improvement in order to advise strategic solutions that will help with success of the programCollaborate with clients to maximize usage and involve internal departments when necessary to accomplish client goals.Travel - domestically to help train, maintain relationships, attend conferences, assist in training and program presentationsUtilize CRM and other tools to track leads and progressOutbound calling required to generate new leadsOther job responsibilities as assignedQualifications and SkillsProven client-facing work experience, or a strong desire and drive to work in a client-facing role is a plusGood time management and prioritization skillsStrong phone skills and determination to meet minimum call volumesOrganized, self-starter, who can work autonomously without being micromanagedAbility to work in an outbound and inbound call environmentMotivated by client satisfactionService-oriented attitude with proven follow-up skillsStrong attention to detailAbove average skills with MS Applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)Positive team player with excellent communication skills Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
