Care Partner / MC / NOC & SWING Shift

Training available for qualified candidates.  Responsibilities of the Care Partner Provide assistance with activities of daily living in a manner that supports our person-centered care philosophy. Provides personal care services as outlined in the individual services plans such as assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, positioning, assist to meals, feeding, change bed linens, laundry, etc. Assist in daily requirements and tasks as requested. Ensure residents are provided privacy, respect, and dignity. Follows standard precautions and infection control procedures. Completes state required training upon hire and annually.  Required Experience Possess, at a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience working in a Memory Care Community is a plus. Be at least 18 years of age. Basic computer skills. Must be able to speak, read, and write in the English language.
