DescriptionLaserfiche is looking for a results-driven Account Executive to join our high-performing sales team. In this role, you'll play a key part in driving growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business and expansion opportunities-both independently and in collaboration with a talented team of sales support professionals.As the primary point of contact for clients, you'll own the customer relationship - managing expectations, creating value-driven solutions, and ensuring a seamless sales experience from first conversation to signed contract. You'll partner closely with presales teams to shape compelling POCs, RFPs, and winning pitches that showcase the power of Laserfiche's solutions.You'll also coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders across legal, finance, and sales leadership to support contract negotiations and ensure deals move efficiently through the pipeline. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves building relationships, and is eager to make an impact at a leading tech company transforming how organizations manage information.Location:Hybrid: Three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) in-office in Long Beach, CARemote work from home on Mondays and FridaysAbout the Role - Key Responsibilities: Drive revenue growth by prospecting, engaging, and closing new business with mid-market and enterprise-level organizationsRapidly master the Laserfiche platform and its suite of software and service offerings to deliver expert-level insights and solutionsConsult with clients to uncover business challenges and position tailored Laserfiche solutions that align perfectly with strategic goalsLead the full sales cycle with confidence and professionalism, ensuring a seamless and customer-centric experience from first touch to final contractBuild and nurture long-term client partnerships, serving as a trusted advisor and maintaining strong post-sale engagement for continued successPartner cross-functionally with internal teams-including sales engineering, finance, and legal-to ensure accurate pricing, profitable deal structuring, and timely deal closureDeliver compelling client presentations, proposals, and solution briefings that clearly articulate value and ROIFacilitate productive business and technical discussions that drive consensus and accelerate decision-makingMaintain a disciplined approach to managing the pipeline, forecasting accurately, and exceeding quarterly sales targetsAbout You - Essential Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree7+ years of direct sales experience, SaaS sales preferred5+ years of experience selling Enterprise SaaS5+ years of experience selling professional servicesExceptional organizational, presentation, and verbal and written communication skillsProven success in managing customer accounts and exceeding sales quotasAnalytical, critical thinking skills and affinity for digital transformation through softwareDemonstrated business skills including understanding of operations and business processesAcquainted with analytics and reporting tools, such as Power BIAbility to travel up to 25%Mastery of MS Office; proficiency in Salesforce (preferred)The salary range varies, and pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, certifications (if applicable), candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills and years of experience amongst other factors. $75,000 - $125,000 per yearPerks & Benefits at a Glance Generous time off:15 Days of Vacation3 Floating Holidays2 Paid Volunteer Days9 Paid HolidaysHybrid Work EnvironmentFree Parking: covered and EV charging stationsVarious 401 (k) Investment Options and Generous Company MatchHMO and PPO Medical Care Options Applicants must be authorized to work for Laserfiche in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship.
