A high school diploma 2. Such alternatives to the above qualification as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable. TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 1. Work year: Twelve-months 2. Salary and fringe benefits to be established by the Board of Education. PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES: See attached job description. EVALUATION: Performance of this job will be evaluated annually in accordance with provisions of the Board's policy on evaluation of Educational Support Personnel. Complete miscellaneous maintenance/groundskeeper duties as assigned by the Building Manager/Chief. * Carpentry * Electrical - Assisted by Maintenance Man #2, when needed. * Plumbing * Metal Work * Maintain grounds surrounding the building. 2. Complete construction inside and outside of building as assigned by the Building Manager/ Chief. 3. Service all combination locks and student lockers, following direction from the Dean's Office and the Building Manager/Chief. 4. Assist others in various jobs around the building, such as gym set-ups, game set-ups - pep rallies, etc. 5. Complete other duties as assigned by the Associate Principal and/or Building Manager/Chief. 6. Trimming and cutting of grass. 7. Insuring general cleanliness of the grounds with special emphasis on entrances, dumpster area and ditches. 8. Fertilizing grass, athletic fields, trees and bushes. 9. Watering of grass, athletic fields, trees and bushes. 10. Removing snow from all sidewalks, driveways and parking lot. Attending to specific areas and priorities to be determined by Building Manager/Chief. 11. Repairing and performing preventive maintenance equipment used in the area of grounds. 12. Marking athletic fields. TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Twelve-month work year. Salary and fringe benefits to be established by the Board of Education.
