DescriptionRole: Full-Time Brand AmbassadorTerritory: South LA/Orange County BASchedule: Tuesday-Saturday, 40 hours work weekReports to: Jess HamiltonCompensation Range: $23 to $24 per hourKey Responsibilities:Support Sales and Marketing teams in the field through top-level implementation of retail events, staff/product training and visual/digital marketing efforts.Represent the company and Jetty Extracts brand in a positive and professional manner at all retail events, outside events and on social mediaRepresent Jetty Extracts professionally at retail events, external activations, and on social mediaCommunicate brand history, product benefits, and key messaging to dispensary staff, partners, and consumersActivate and maintain retail accounts through trainings, merchandising, events, and promotionsCollaborate with Sales and Marketing to identify account needs, inventory gaps, and growth opportunitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with retail and dispensary partnersTrack and report weekly activity (displays, trainings, events) using CRM toolsDesired Skills and Experience: Strong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent time-management skillsSales skills including active listening, objection handling, and negotiationMinimum Qualifications:Must have a valid driver's license and personal vehicle2+ years of experience in events, retail, customer service, or related fieldPassion for the cannabis industryHigh school diploma or equivalentBenefits: We feel strongly that our employees do their best work when they don't need to worry as much about some of life's biggest stressors.
