As a Lifeline Supervisor, you'll build and lead a high-performing enrollment team of 3+ agents while managing your own enrollments and growing your income exponentially.This role combines hands-on enrollment expertise with team management and business development - perfect for entrepreneurs and natural leaders who want to scale their earnings through smart team-building.Team Leadership Responsibilities:Recruit, train, and support 3+ enrollment agents using Lifeline SIM's proven onboarding systemCoach agents on enrollment best practices, compliance, and customer service excellenceSet team goals and track performance metrics dailyMaintain team morale through recognition, feedback, and development opportunitiesEnsure compliance across all team members' enrollments and documentationPersonal Enrollment Responsibilities:Enroll qualified customers for FREE Lifeline SIM cards using their existing phonesVerify eligibility securely through compliant systemsExplain program benefits and activate servicesPromote device upgrades and premium offeringsMeet individual enrollment goals while supporting your teamCommunity Engagement & Operations:Organize and execute marketing events, community outreach, and retail activationsBuild relationships with local organizations, schools, nonprofits, and community partnersIdentify high-traffic locations for enrollment opportunities in your neighborhoodManage team schedules and coordinate daily operationsProgram Compliance Notice:Lifeline SIM operates under strict FCC regulatory standards (47 C.F.R. §§ 54.400-423). All supervisors and enrollment representatives must follow National Verifier eligibility protocols and NLAD procedures, maintain accurate customer documentation and compliance records, ensure all team members follow program integrity standards, prevent fraud and enforce anti-incentive guidelines, achieve 3-year documentation retention requirements, and support USAC audit and compliance assessments. Your leadership sets the compliance tone for your team. Commitment to regulatory standards protects both your customers and your business.RequirementsMust-Have Qualifications:High school diploma or GED (college/advanced certification preferred)2+ years experience in field sales, team management, or community outreachProven ability to recruit, train, and motivate teamsReliable transportation and ability to work locally in your neighborhoodValid 1099 independent contractor eligibilityStrong leadership and communication skillsDetail-oriented with comfort in digital tools and compliance systemsSelf-motivated, goal-driven, organized, and results-focusedCommitted to ethical practices and FCC regulatory complianceHighly Preferred:Previous team leadership or management experienceEstablished local community networks and partnershipsExperience with low-income support programs or community serviceBilingual fluency (English/Spanish)Sales or enrollment backgroundUnderstanding of Lifeline program and eligibility criteriaTeam Size Requirements:Minimum: 3+ active agentsRecommended: 5-8 agents per supervisor for optimal managementScalable: Grow beyond as you develop leadership systemsEqual Opportunity Statement:Lifeline SIM is an equal opportunity employer.
