Real Estate Associate

The Real Estate group in the New York office is seeking mid-level associates with three to five years' experience (class of 2023-2021), working on a broad range of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, fund formation and leasing. High level of academic achievement and solid law firm preferred. The starting base salary for this position is expected to be between $260,000 to $365,000 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law. This position may be eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.
