Position Details Title: Manufacturing Engineer Location: Clearwater, FL - 34677 Work Environment: 100% Onsite Contract: 12-month contract to hire Citizenship Requirement: U.S. Citizenship required Shifts Available (Mon-Thurs): • 1st Shift: 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM EST • 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM EST Job Description • Design manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts for CCA, module, and cable harness assemblies and subassemblies• Interpret engineering prints to design processes and collaborate with design engineering to implement production improvements• Support the production floor by working closely with the operations team and focusing on continuous improvement• Design, procure, and implement tooling to support manufacturing processes • Incorporate inspection and test requirements into production plans• Inspect machinery, equipment, and tools to verify efficiency and initiate corrective actions to ensure product quality • Provide manufacturability guidance to engineering regarding design concepts and specification requirements• Ensure all processes and procedures comply with regulations and specifications• Understand circuit card and cable harness manufacturing processes• Cable harness experience and process writing experience are a plus#QualityEngineering #QAQC #InspectionAndTest #ContinuousImprovement #ElectronicsManufacturing #CircuitCardAssembly #CCA #CableHarness #ToolingDesign #ManufacturingProcesses #ProductionSupport #ManufacturingEngineer #ProcessEngineering #ProductionEngineering#IndustrialEngineering
