Description The Learning Experience team is seeking an innovative Instructional Designer to join our dynamic team. Key job responsibilities * Analyze, design, develop, and evaluate training solutions aligned with business objectives * Partner with stakeholders and SMEs to gather requirements and create learning content * Design and develop engaging multimedia content using various authoring tools * Create storyboards, scripts, and job aids that support learning objectives * Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to course development * Ensure consistency in learning design across multiple programs and platforms * Conduct needs assessments and identify performance gaps * Measure and evaluate training effectiveness through various assessment methods * Stay current with industry trends and learning technologies * Maintain course content and curriculum documentation * Provide recommendations for continuous improvement of learning programs About the team Our team is dedicated and responsible for the learning and development of Blink Customer Support associates. We design, create and develop learning solutions to enhance associate knowledge around our products and services to provide a world class customer experience. We offer learning programs that support new hire onboarding, product knowledge, troubleshooting, the customer experience, coaching, leadership development, and specialty training. Basic Qualifications - 2+ years of designing, developing, and delivering eLearning content experience - Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Business, or related field - Proven experience with Articulate 360/Storyline or similar authoring tools - Demonstrated ability to create engaging training materials including e-learning courses, instructor-led materials, job aids, and multimedia content - Track record of working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams - Experience with system simulations and basic HTML - Background in process improvement initiatives - Experience working in a fast-paced, global environment Preferred Qualifications - Master's Degree in Instructional Design, Learning Technology, or related field - Proven competence using an LMS, such as Cornerstone, Moodle, or Thinking Cap Experience with evidence-based instructional design and learning analytics - Multimedia development capabilities (video editing, graphics design, animation) - Basic HTML and system simulation skills Experience building and managing complex project schedules - History of success in fast-paced, global environments Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
