The specific work assignment may include duties or activities to support the organization in one or more of the following functional areas, in addition to other duties as assigned:Functional:Ensures day-to-day scheduled and emergent maintenance activities are coordinated to optimize maintenance utility and minimize maintenance supervisor's time spent on work preparationPlans, organizes, schedules, and directs the daily performance of contract requirements for the maintenance subcontractor activitiesTracks, informs, and communicates weekly performance, accomplishments, milestones, and essential information to appropriate management/clients on scheduled/recurring basisEnsures prerequisites to performing work as scheduled are planning for in advance, including parts/material, lockout/tagout (LOTO), support groups, etc.Ensures plan and parts/materials are received, evaluated, and stagedBegins work coordination for activities that remain within the two-week windowTracks and monitors activities in the current work week, and acts promptly to address work delaysConducts routine work week reviews and publishes final reportEnsures maintenance functions are safely coordinated so that maximum availability and throughput are achievedMonitors plant performance through review of plant metrics, and makes recommendations for enhancement of plant performanceParticipates in plant meetings to communicate maintenance coordination needs, and helps resolve work delaysInterfaces closely with Operations Manager to ensure coordination of maintenance and operations activitiesCoordinates and schedules subcontract workJob RequirementsMinimum Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in a technical field or equivalent6+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is requiredAbility to obtain and maintain a Homeland Security Presidential Directive (HSPD-12) credential.We are equal opportunity/affirmative action employers, committed to diversity in the workplace.
