This role is essential in supporting our attorneys through case management, investigation, and preparation of legal documents to ensure our clients receive exceptional representation.If you're detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about helping others, this is a great opportunity to grow your career with one of the region's most established personal injury firms.Responsibilities:Assist attorneys with drafting and preparing legal documents, briefs, pleadings, and discovery requestsSchedule depositions, hearings, and maintain attorney calendarsRequest and review medical records, bills, and other documentationFile pleadings and discovery documents electronically and maintain case filesTranscribe attorney dictation and draft correspondenceCommunicate with clients, doctors, and witnesses regarding case progressArrange client transportation and coordinate logistics as neededLocate and prepare witnesses and interpreters for court appearancesMonitor deadlines and maintain accurate follow-up systemsStay current on rules, regulations, and legislation relevant to litigationQualifications:Bachelor's degree preferred3-5 years of Paralegal experience (personal injury experience preferred)Strong understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and court processesProficient in case management and word processing software (Needles, Litify, or similar)Exceptional organization, time management, and communication skillsAbility to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlinesStrong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilitiesWhy Work With Us:At Lundy Law, we value collaboration, compassion, and excellence.
