Job # : 156061 Title : 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Lead (Must be able to be badged for ALL BMW facilities) Location : Greer, SC Salary Range : $19.50 Position : Team Lead Description : Now Hiring: Quality Team Leaders for our client in Greer, SCOpSource has partnered with an Automotive Quality Inspection companyShift: 2nd Shift Shift-6pm-2:30amMonday-Friday with weekends as neededPay:$19.50 per hourAll lead positions will need to come in 30 minutes early an stay 30 minutes late to start and end the shift.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate activities of warehouse staff and designated work cellsOversee product inspection, quality control, and compliance with customer specificationsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following all OSHA safety regulationsConduct start-of-shift meetings, review job requirements, and ensure proper setup of work areasProvide on-the-job training and guidance for new and existing employeesEnsure all tools, materials, and documentation are prepared for shift operationsMonitor employee performance and provide feedback to Supervisors or ManagersReport any safety incidents, quality issues, or policy violations immediatelyPromote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and operational excellenceComplete required reports and paperwork accurately and on timeSupport all health and safety programs within the facilityRequirements:High school diploma or GED requiredMinimum of 1 year in a warehouse lead, production supervisor, or logistics coordinator role preferredAbility to stand for extended periods and perform physical warehouse tasksStrong skills in following instructions, problem-solving, and multitasking in a fast-paced environmentAbility to train, lead, and motivate team members effectivelyProficient in reading, writing, and speaking EnglishWhat We're Looking For:• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance• Ability to stand, bend, and work with hands throughout the shift• Willingness to work full-time and commit to long-term employment• Ability to work with minimal supervision Requirements : Job Type : Temp to Hire Post Date : 02/27/2026
