Mobile Service Technician

Lynch Ford in Mukwonago is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Mobile Service Technician. This is one of the most vital and influential positions in the service department. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of service repair experience, and carry active certifications (preferably Ford certifications, but not required). Our Ford Mobile Service technician will drive and maintain a fully stocked (parts and tools) Ford transit van to perform regularly scheduled maintenance, light service repairs, diagnosis, and recalls, off-site at our client's place of residence or work. The technician will interact with clients at each visit, perform requested work, as well as a complimentary vehicle inspection. The technician will be responsible for interacting with clients with a high emphasis on complete customer satisfaction.
