JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Supervises and coordinates activities of restaurant personnel to provide fast and courteous service to guests Schedules dining reservations and arranges special services for diners Greets and escorts guests, provides menus Assists with watering guests and clearing platesAssists with resetting tablesEnsure cleanliness of tables and spacesManaging reservations through OpenTableAssist with setting up property activitiesInspects dining room serving stations for neatness and cleanliness Collects payments from guests Totals receipts at end of shift Perform various other duties as assigned EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEMinimum of High School educationMinimum of one (1) year in similar role preferredKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIESTeam player Ability to multi-taskAbility to communicate effectively verbally Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members Ability to operate available equipment, such as cash registers, calculators, etc.Ability to stand and walk guests to tables for the duration of an entire shiftBasic mathematical skills as needed to make change and give refundsAbility to work flexible hours and shifts*The hiring process may consist of a phone interview, manager(s) interview, drug screen, background check, reference checks, and potential employment assessment.
